1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between vk98 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service, product, or feature made available through the vk98 website at https://vk98.io ("the Site").

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by simply accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or promotion rule, the more specific document shall prevail for that particular matter.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on vk98, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on vk98 at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not sharing them with any other person.

vk98 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close an account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that poses a risk to the Platform or to other players. Where a suspension is applied, the Platform will notify you by email and provide an opportunity to respond, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vk98 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported local banks

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vk98 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Each promotion applies once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple will be specified in the promotion terms for each offer.
• vk98 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected.
• Free bets are credited as bonus balance and do not carry monetary value in themselves — only the winnings derived from a free bet (after applicable wagering requirements) are withdrawable.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

Players who open accounts or place deposits with the primary purpose of abusing bonus structures, matched betting, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation, rather than genuine personal entertainment, are in breach of these Terms. vk98 reserves the right to void any transactions and close accounts engaged in such activity.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on vk98, including cricket, football, table tennis, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. vk98 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns or potential market manipulation is detected.
• Bet Settlement: Markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). vk98 uses real-time data feeds from accredited sports data providers.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within a specified timeframe. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the player's account balance.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event, particularly between balls, overs, or key moments in play. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market is suspended are void.
• Palpable Errors: Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous (e.g., a decimal odds price of 1.001 for a highly uncertain outcome) may be voided by vk98 at its discretion, regardless of the event outcome.
• Maximum Payouts: Individual bet payouts are subject to a maximum payout cap, which is displayed in the relevant market. Winnings exceeding the cap will be paid at the cap amount regardless of the true calculated return.

7 Casino & Games Rules

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vk98 Site — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of vk98 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vk98 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vk98's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments & Termination

vk98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vk98 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect. Closing your account does not affect any bets placed or transactions initiated prior to account closure.

vk98 may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so under these Terms. In the event of termination for cause (e.g., fraud, breach of Terms), any balance held in your account may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation. In the event of termination for reasons unrelated to player conduct, your verified account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and vk98 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or representations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
